The alkaline refill is certified to remove contaminants including lead, chlorine and copper, while adding magnesium and retaining calcium to deliver water with an average pH of 8.0–9.5. Made from activated carbon, minerals and eco rice paper, each refill bag lasts up to an impressive 45 days or 200 litres. Simply open the cartridge, pour in the fresh granules, and you're ready to go.

The slim pack is designed to fit through your letterbox for hassle-free delivery, and you can use the Phox app or sign up for email reminders to stay on top of when your next refill is due. This pack is compatible with all Phox Water filter jugs, including the V2 and Wave.
