Makes more than just pasta
The Atlas 150 Ice is surprisingly versatile, so you can expand your repertoire and speed up the process as your skills grow. As well as classic Italian pasta shapes, you can use it to make flatbreads, ramen, udon noodles, spring rolls, and sweet pastry dishes like strudel and baklava. This premium kitchen tool boasts outstanding functionality and delivers incredible results, whatever tasty dish you’re in the mood for.
Designed for easy cleaning
Retaining rings on each side of the rollers keep flour residue away from the internal mechanisms, while removable combs and scrapers underneath make cleaning a cinch. The machine has been carefully designed to ensure no harmful metal dust transfers into your dough, so you can cook with complete confidence.
About Marcato
Otello Marcato wanted to share his passion for pasta and make it easier for home cooks to create home-made pasta so, in 1930, he designed, created and sold one of the very first home pasta rollers – made in the shed behind his house in Padua. Following its success, he created a factory in place of his humble shed – on a site that’s still in use today under his grandson Giacomo’s management – and their Atlas 150 Ice Pasta Machine style has remained almost unchanged since 1965, even if the materials have evolved! And, in case you’re in any doubt as to when yours was created, every single machine is stamped with its year of manufacture on the base.
