Lakeland Round Bread Dough Proving Basket 25cm

For an easy way to make your home-made loaves look like the ones you buy in an artisan bakery, you need a Dough Proving Basket like this one.

Made from natural cane, not only does it provide the ideal conditions when proving your dough, its round shape helps your loaf keep its shape as it rises, and its woven design leaves a circular pattern that gives your bread a suitably rustic appearance when baked. It’s also great for serving up home-made bread rolls at the table.

Oval proving basket also available.

Suitable for proving up to 1kg of bread dough.
