With loose bases and, more unusually, straight sides, our clever mini sandwich tin creates 12 perfectly formed miniature Victoria sponges, individual cheesecakes or banoffee pies.
Quality
To ensure its long-term durability, we’ve made this tin with 1mm thick carbon steel and given it two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick to make it easy to clean. And it can even go in the dishwasher because there are no rolled or uncoated edges for water to collect in.
Performance
With clever fill lines for a perfect tin-filling rise, and oven safe up to 240°C, your creations will bake evenly and release easily. Generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven a breeze.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
About the Lakeland Ovenware Range
Whatever you’re cooking or baking, you’ll find the right tin for the task in our Lakeland Ovenware range. Made from heavy-duty carbon steel with a Quantum 2 professional non-stick coating, they give a firm foundation to help your recipes turn out brilliantly. They’re dishwasher safe, durable and reliable, but it’s the extra little details we’ve added that sets them apart from the rest.
It’s practical improvements, like handy fill lines, making same-shaped pieces stack and adding pouring noses to our roasters, that makes our range outshine most others. We’ve also given our tins’ exteriors a lovely pearlescent finish so they look really special too. Because why shouldn’t your ovenware look as good as your roasts and bakes do?
