Crafting this chocolate choo-choo couldn’t be easier: just fill both silicone moulds with melted chocolate, chill and, once set, turn out the wonderfully detailed pieces ready for assembly. then simply ‘glue’ the locomotive and carriage together with more chocolate or icing, decorate and fill with festive treats for a mouth-watering centrepiece that’s edible from cowcatcher to coal-car.
