Super-smart, this substantial square cake drum is covered in embossed foil, so it’s perfect for presenting celebration cakes. Nice and thick, it’s particularly good for carrying the weight of a richly iced fruit cake at Christmas, as well as for big birthday cakes and multi-tiered wedding confections.
