Circular, this substantial cake drum has been covered in embossed foil for super-smart presentation of celebration cakes. Because it’s nice and thick, it’s especially good for carrying the weight of a rich, iced fruit cake at Christmas-time as well as for big birthday cakes and multi-tiered wedding confections.
